I can't find my Submitted Ticket. What do I do?
If you cannot find your ticket, do the following:
- First, check Archived tickets to see if you archived it by mistake. Click on Ticket < Unarchive and it will reappear in the Inbox. You can read more here about archiving tickets.
- If not found in Archived tickets, then you did not submit the ticket, so you need to go to New Ticket again.
The often overlooked steps:
- Remember to press Next - Review ticket (1) as shown below.
- Click Submit Ticket (2)
You have now successfully submitted a ticket, and will come back to your inbox where the ticket will appear.
